13-Shaper of Beauty (Al-Musawwir)
Etched, painted, and fired glass, sewn with hemp, with pomegranate
God is Beautiful and loves beauty—thus articulated by Mohammed, and a sentiment running through every path of faith. Beauty not of a shallow, dismissive, or passing nature, but thorough and lasting: a manifestation of the hand of God and Divine, boundless truth. All across the world, humans of every language and society feel the singing of the stars, vibrate to the intricate interplay of nature around them, and feel drawn to the same proportions of structure; proportions not only observed, but portrayed and used in constructing artifacts of beauty. Across all cultures the thing well made, in proper proportion, true to its materials, and honestly done, is an ode to this beauty—regardless of medium. Appreciation of the natural world and the journey of artistic construction is the quest to discover Divine will, the drive to which all other creation supports and directs. The soul given freely to its creator and transformed through Divine Grace is the beauty for which all creation is intended, and the thing of most beauty in the eyes of God.

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
All this is a side show, modern day Islam isn’t islam at all, islam existed before the prophet muhammad because it’s not a religion, it’s a way of life, the quran states that abraham was muslim even in pre islamic times, because islam is not about praying 5 times a day, it’s about defeating our evil thoughts by knowing God on a personal level. It’s not about protecting the religion from the world, it’s about protecting God from yourself, muslims today are not doing that they bought the illusion of the devil, they are lost.
I know this because I found God, I’m a true muslim, my blog explains more.
