Ingredients for the dough:
2 lb flour
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Warm water (as needed)

Filling ingredients:
2 lb fresh spinach (washed and cut)
4 eggs
1 lb cottage cheese
1 cup feta cheese crumbs
1 cup sour cream
salt
green onion (diced)
1 tbsp
1 stick butter

Preparation:
First we prepare filling mixture. Into mixing bowl, put all filling ingredients except butter, and mix together. Then in another mixing bowl put flour, salt, oil, and water and prepare the dough. When we have right thickness of the dough, we form it into smaller balls, and let it sit aside for 15 min. Then on clean cotton table cloth, we start rolling out the dough balls into phyllo with rolling pin. Put vegetable oil over the dough, and let it it for a few min.
