BLACK EYED PEA SALAD

2.5 c black eyed peas (may also use frozen)
3 green onion branches
1 bunch of parsley
1 c walnut (chopped)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp sour pomegranate sauce (or lemon juice)
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil black eyed peas, pour out water, again add water and boil until softness and drain. Chop parsley and green onions and add to the black eyed peas with other ingredients. Mix well and put to the refrigerator for some time and serve.
