Summer is here in UK nearly last three weeks and temperature around 28 C during day time which makes perfect BBQ weather.
So we decided to fire up our charcoal BBQ and cook our marinated squid, lamb leg steaks and chicken wings.
We marinated squid with lemon, chilli and black pepper. Lamb leg steak marinated with oregano and sun flower oil. Chicken wings have been marinated in soya sos, lime and sweet chilli sauce.
